Cloud Platform & SRE Engineer operating production AWS infrastructure for Cigna Healthcare — one of the largest US health insurers — via Tata Consultancy Services. I own incident response, observability, and platform reliability for healthcare insurance and pharmacy systems where downtime has real patient impact.
